The Identity Verification Services Act 2023 and the Identity Verification Services Rules 2024 commenced on 14 June 2024. We are currently updating this website to reflect the new legislation. This includes references to fees that organisations must pay to connect to and request the use of, the identity verification services. The new rules provide for these fees and replace the former pricing structure.
