This collection notice template is for DVS requesting users (including business users, identity service providers and government requesting agencies) to implement when collecting personal information from individuals to conduct a DVS information match request. The Attorney-General’s Department commissioned the Privacy Collection Notice Template for DVS requesting users in response to recommendation 6 of the Standard Use of the DVS PIA.
